Customizing Your Full-Color Products: Please follow these guidelines to creat a custom full-color product.

You will need to provide us with a simple "mock-up," or skecth of your desired piece. Within your mock up, draw a box where your photo should be placed. If your piece uses more than one photo, please write a brief description of the photo inside each box. For business cards and postcards, please specifiy if you want the photo to bleed off the edge(s) of the card. If you would like a photo to be framed by a solid-colored border, please indicate this by stating "show border," then writing down the standard ink color to be used for the frame. If you do not specify a preference, the photo will not be framed.

Indicate style, color, and size of typestyle by circling the desired text and writing the typestyle number, the color, and the size you would like. Also, please indicate which lines are mainlines.

Attach a note to the back of your photo indicating whether you would like us to "use best fit" or "fit entire photo." See below for an explanation of these terms.

PLEASE NOTE: An authorization form must accompany all orders that include reproducing any photography and graphic design.

Special Charges:

Lines of copy: To determine the total lines of copy, you should count all lines individually. This would include right corner lines, left corner lines, and drawn rule lines. A $1.50 charge applies to each line exceeding the following limits:

Logos: Each product price includes one logo. Each additional logo is $4.00.

Photos: Each product price includes on photo. Each additional photo is $42.50

Proofs: Black and white proofs are available for $12.00 COlor proofs are available for $108.35.

Art Changes: Any art submitted that is NOT "camera ready" and requires any manipulation by our art department will accrue a $50.00 per hour art charge.

"Best Fit" will allow for cropping of a photo to fit a photo area without distorting the image.

"Fit Entire Photo" will place the entire photo in the photo area. Remember to match horizontal photos with horizontal photo areas - this will keep the photo from distorting.
